Terms and Conditions for Booking Models & Talents
1. Booking Confirmation
All bookings are considered confirmed only upon receipt of a signed contract and the required deposit as specified in the agreement.
2. Fees and Payments
The booking fee is due prior to the scheduled event or project.
A deposit of [insert percentage]% is required upon booking confirmation, with the remaining balance due [insert time frame, e.g., 7 days] before the event.
Payments can be made via bank transfer, cash, or other agreed-upon methods.
- Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than [insert number] days before the booking will incur a cancellation fee of [insert percentage]% of the total booking fee.
Cancellations made within [insert number] days will result in forfeiture of the deposit and may incur additional fees at WARM’s discretion.
- Model’s and Talent’s Responsibilities
Models and talents are expected to arrive on time and be prepared for the booking.
They must adhere to the client’s brief and follow all directions provided during the event or shoot.
- Client’s Responsibilities
Clients must provide a safe working environment and necessary accommodations for the model or talent.
Clients are responsible for providing any required wardrobe, props, or materials needed for the event or project.
- Use of Images and Content
All images and content produced during the booking are the property of the client. However, WARM reserves the right to use these images for promotional purposes unless otherwise specified in writing.
- Indemnification
Clients agree to indemnify and hold WARM, its models, talents, and agents harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of the model’s or talent’s services.
- Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh.
- Amendments
Any amendments to these terms must be made in writing and signed by both parties.
- Acceptance
By signing the booking agreement, the client agrees to adhere to these terms and conditions.

মডেল এবং প্রতিভা বুকিং এর নিয়ম ও শর্তাবলী
- বুকিং নিশ্চিতকরণ
সমস্ত বুকিং শুধুমাত্র একটি স্বাক্ষরিত চুক্তির প্রাপ্তি এবং চুক্তিতে উল্লেখ করা প্রয়োজনীয় আমানতের পরে নিশ্চিত বলে বিবেচিত হয়।
2. ফি এবং পেমেন্ট
নির্ধারিত ইভেন্ট বা প্রকল্পের আগে বুকিং ফি দিতে হবে।
ইভেন্টের আগে বাকি ব্যালেন্স [ইনসার্ট টাইম ফ্রেম, যেমন, 7 দিন] সহ বুকিং কনফার্মেশনের পরে [ইনসার্ট শতাংশ]% ডিপোজিট করা প্রয়োজন।

- মডেল এবং প্রতিভার দায়িত্ব
মডেল এবং প্রতিভা সময়মত পৌঁছানোর এবং বুকিংয়ের জন্য প্রস্তুত হওয়ার আশা করা হচ্ছে।
তাদের অবশ্যই ক্লায়েন্টের সংক্ষিপ্ত বিবরণ মেনে চলতে হবে এবং ইভেন্ট বা শুটিং চলাকালীন প্রদত্ত সমস্ত নির্দেশাবলী অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
- গ্রাহকের দায়িত্ব
ক্লায়েন্টদের অবশ্যই একটি নিরাপদ কাজের পরিবেশ এবং মডেল বা প্রতিভার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় থাকার ব্যবস্থা প্রদান করতে হবে।
ইভেন্ট বা প্রকল্পের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় কোনো পোশাক, প্রপস বা উপকরণ সরবরাহ করার জন্য ক্লায়েন্ট দায়ী।
- ছবি এবং বিষয়বস্তুর ব্যবহার
বুকিংয়ের সময় উত্পাদিত সমস্ত ছবি এবং বিষয়বস্তু ক্লায়েন্টের সম্পত্তি। যাইহোক, অন্যথায় লিখিতভাবে নির্দিষ্ট করা না থাকলে WARM প্রচারমূলক উদ্দেশ্যে এই ছবিগুলি ব্যবহার করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে৷
- ক্ষতিপূরণ
ক্লায়েন্টরা ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে এবং WARM, এর মডেল, প্রতিভা এবং এজেন্টদেরকে মডেল বা প্রতিভার পরিষেবাগুলির ব্যবহারের ফলে উদ্ভূত কোনও দাবি, ক্ষতি বা দায় থেকে ক্ষতিপূরণ দিতে সম্মত হন।
- পরিচালনা আইন
এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন অনুযায়ী নিয়ন্ত্রিত এবং নির্ণয় করা হবে।
- সংশোধনী
এই শর্তাবলীর যেকোনো সংশোধন অবশ্যই লিখিতভাবে করতে হবে এবং উভয় পক্ষের দ্বারা স্বাক্ষরিত হতে হবে।
- গ্রহণযোগ্যতা
বুকিং চুক্তিতে স্বাক্ষর করে, ক্লায়েন্ট এই শর্তাবলী মেনে চলতে সম্মত হয়।
